Impartiality policy:
Eurofins Labtarna Lithuania's impartiality and quality policy aims at correct and reliable research results. We strive to achieve this by applying a quality management system based on internationally recognized principles and the requirements of the standard LST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 (hereinafter referred to as the Standard) and by managing conflicts of interest.
The management of the laboratory commits:
-to ensure the correctness, accuracy, reliability of the investigations carried out, to meet the legitimate needs and expectations of customers, ensuring the protection of the client's confidential information;
-maintain a quality management system in accordance with the requirements set out in the Standard;
-to ensure that all employees of the Laboratory are acquainted with the quality system documents and follow their requirements;
-pay constant attention to employees, strengthen the attraction and retention of qualified specialists, increase employee motivation and the necessary competence of employees;
-continuously improve systems for the management of internal control, quality, testing methods, improve the efficiency of the management system, participate in inter-laboratory comparative tests;
-to improve the quality of service in cooperation with customers and and to look into their needs and expectations;
-manage conflicts of interest in order to avoid risks to impartiality;
-ensure that workers are not subjected to pressure or other influence which could adversely affect the quality of their work.
